  As a Customer Services Intern at Ash Brokerage, I learned a variety of ways to administratively handle an insurance advisor's contracting, licensing and compensation with insurance carriers. My duties were to: - Answer calls from advisors (our queue is open from 8am - 6pm EST) - Evaluate the need of each call, direct deposits, contracting, commissions or miscellaneous requests - Set the proper expectation for turnaround times - Reach out to carriers when required - Work with our Case Mangers and Relationship Managers when necessary - Answer all emails within a 24 hour timeframeAsh Brokerage’s team of more than 350 industry experts are committed to investigating, analyzing and comparing products and sales concepts to ensure the advisor has all the right solutions.
