  Livewire is an adolescent-only space for teenage patients at Princess Margaret Hospital aged 12-19. Livewire Facilitators host workshops and projects within the room as well as on the ward, to provide diversional therapy and recreational activities for young people while they're in hospital.

  CanTeen is a national support organisation for 12 - 24 year olds who are living with cancer, providing individual support services, counselling, research and peer support programs.The Member Liaison Officer is responsible for providing psychosocial support to young people living with cancer and developing the psycho-social content of Programs. The MLO works to establish and build effective cancer, medical and psychosocial networks which form our Member referral base and organisational support. MLO's visit and and recruit new Members, both in hospital and home settings and implement peer support models. Show less
