Show less As a Dispatch Management Professional I was tasked with the delivery of man power and equipment to various sites across Western Canada from a base office in Airdrie. I dealt directly with the clients taking information on their requirements and building a job sheet based on that information. That was downloaded into a data base and sent to the region office where the job apllies to. I was responsible for making sure the manpower that were sent from that office were qualified and arrived on time. While they were onsite they would be in contact with me for travel mamagement, client issues, etc. I was also tasked with doing disiplinary action or assisting in investigations of employees and accident investigations.
