I oversaw a Beverage Team of over forty people, including assistant directors, managers, bartenders, and wine servers and ensured successful recruitment, selection, and training of all servers. I also spearheaded the development of the conference's first ever cocktail book, "Hotel Ezra Cocktails," which was distributed as a guest amenity. This included producing all copy, photos, and recipes featured in the book.       Catering and Events Intern

      As a Catering and Events Intern for One World Observatory, I helped coordinate and execute numerous special events in the observatory's dedicated event space. This largely involved interacting with clients and vendors prior to the event to ensure that all expectations were met and that events ran seamlessly. Day-of responsibilities included overseeing event set-up and break-down, managing service staff, and checking in regularly with clients. Outside of my day-to-day responsibilities, I successfully developed and presented a specialty cocktail menu to be added to the food and beverage offerings for special events. I also developed an introductory Excel manual for managers across different departments, so that they could more effectively and efficiently use Excel. At the end of the summer, my partner and I were selected as the winners of the company's intern project competition for our presentation on an employee growth program called "Legends Learns."
