      I am the co-founder and ex-chairman of IEM Federation Cup - the biggest inter departmental football tournament in IEM Kolkata. It is currently in its third season and is instrumental in active recruitment of young football talent to be nurtured and flourished under proper guidance and training, for the official college football team. I was the head of the Federation Cup Board and managed the entire organisation of one of the biggest football tournaments in IEM Kolkata
