I was in charge of my own section of animals but also may run special programs or be in charge of overseeing the whole day. I also did customer interactions; helping people find their way, keeper talks, tour groups, school excursions and off-sites. I've also worked front of house: selling tickets, experiences, food and shop items. I've also done re-stocking, stock-take and food preparation. Show less
