Manage the techinical aspects of the two divisions which includes quality control and process improvements. The objective is to optimize the site productivity and profitability. Also lead the team on new innovative projects to create new market opportunities. Provide sound recommendations to the manufacturing team on how to enhance operations and optimize raw material usage. Lead in the execution of continuous improvement activities to improve the quality of the finished product and performance of the paper machine. Also led in the execution of new design projects.
