I specialise in working with business owners, SMEs and charities/not-for-profit organisations, particularly during their start-up or scale-up phase. My services include:-Executive coaching/mentoring-Facilitation of the national Peer Networks programme-Workshops for middle managers on topics such as coaching, feedback and personal effectiveness-Advice and guidance for businesses to access government funding to bring in young talent, through initiatives such as the Kickstart scheme-Mentoring programmes for young people-Social action workshopsI also deliver consultancy work to support the design and mobilisation of high-value government employability contracts.In 2019 I was personally awarded Nottinghamshire Live Women in Business Sole Trader of the Year in recognition of our growth and potential. Following a difficult period during the pandemic I have built the business back up from nothing and now stand proud as a business owner having hired young people to be part o the team to support our next phase of growth.Alongside this work I also run a community-based organisation in Uganda and support a local provider of alternative education through my role as an Enterprise Advisor.
