  I was the Assistant Teacher to a private Kindergarden class of 24 students. Daily duties consisted of a strict academic curriculum, organization of classroom, managing behavior, creating arts and crafts and flow from one activity to the next. While my time here was short, I was able to walk away with the satisfaction that I had made a difference in the life of children. Wether that difference be teaching them how to write their name, or just making them laugh.

I was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager due to my leadership and organizational skills. July of 2013, I opened a brand new property for Epoch in Austin, Monterra Luxury Apartments. As the only employee of Monterra for the first 4 months, I was in charge of putting together our marketing action plans, leasing strategies, competitor analysis, rent competition report and the monthly narrative.
