  It was a pleasure to work for this prestigious show by the Ministry of Textiles, called the 'Artisan Speak' - a first of its kind initiative which happed at the iconic Elephanta Caves near Mumbai on Monday, 28 Jan 2019. The event marked major commitments by the private sector towards the development of the craft and handlooms sector culminating in a grand showcase of Indian textiles and culture, curated by IMG Reliance.My job here was more of a backstage manager of the show. Developing a human resource plan for the backstage portion of a fashion show ensures every detail, large and small, and is successfully completed. A fashion show is a hub of activity with models, designers, stylists, volunteers, staff, and support staff roaming the halls. I was one point contact for all the listed teams above. Show less

  The vintage garden is a weekend pop up showcasing fashion, food, home decor & lifestyle brands. There are events planned related to lifestyle and fashion. My job at TVG as a project manager was planning and overseeing the weekend pop up to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and the planned budget. I was responsible to plan and designate project resources effectively and efficiently, develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage work relationships directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Perform other related duties as assigned.Use and continually develop leadership skills. Show less
