      • Physical layer algorithm coding and implementation on QDSP6 Processor using C and Assembly.• Developed and simulated physical layer communications system (OFDM-LTE) in C/MATLAB for system performance analysis. Model included an OFDM baseband transceiver and an AWGN/fading channel model.• Developed algorithms for robust receiver design. Algorithms include: Efficient Channel Estimation and Equalization, Viterbi Decoding with Tailbiting, Acquisition and Tracking (in time and in frequency domain) and frame synchronization.• Working on this project exposed me to the PHY layer aspects of wireless communication systems, wireless network protocols, and implementation using C and Assembly on Qualcomm’s proprietary QDSP6 processor.
