  • Led a team of Carroll University students in the designing and construction of a high-powered rocket for a competition involving universities across Wisconsin. • Collaborated with others to write iterative design reports.The rocket had a altitude-controlled dual-deploy system (RRC3) consisting of a streamer and a parachute. Various custom modifications were made to the rocket. Self-adjusting canards were added to control the roll rate of the rocket - these were controlled via Arduino with custom code. Two avionics bays had fully unique 3D modeled and printed "sleds" to hold the various electrical components and power sources. Show less
