A department within Friskis&Svettis organization, responsible for 16 training facilities all around Stockholm.With a passion for brand building and tactical marketing I worked with award-winning creative agencies such as Åkestam Holst, Volt and more in the creation of efficient and effective campaigns which exceeded set expectations on many levels. Campaigns that all defined and communicated the brand's unique value proposition, ensuring consistency and coherence across all marketing channels and touchpoints.The job was not only to lead the brand marketing and oversee brand marketing activities.It was also my responsibility to develop a marketing mix and strategies on consumer brand-interaction in order to reach the set budgetary targets based on given media budgets. During the year, a number of marketing activities were delivered. Many times, also together with the sales and communications departments to create synergies via activities such as PR, guerrilla marketing and events in addition to more traditional campaigns via bought traditional as well as digital media.In parallel I was also involved in an assignment to shape and strengthen the future Friskis & Svettis brand on a national level for all the brand's associations to be able to enhance the brand awareness and drive customer engagement even more for the future.
