Show less • 2003 I was sent to the Limasol project, Cyprus, that I successfully completed within 6 months. I ran the site with Cypriots, Egyptians and Russians language was the only difficulty on the job because these people spoken no or inadequate English.• 2004 we had a project in Dubai, Dubal aluminium where 3 cooling water intakes needed to be treaded. In 4 months we had to train the subcontractors and carrying out quality controls. This means preparation of the site, scheduling, coaching of on-site team, who was trained and knowledge was imparted from my experiences, perform daily quality controls, on-site resolve unforeseen circumstances.• 2009 Refurbishment Hydropower plant Italy. Show less • 1997 started as employee, I had training in shot blasting and airless spraying, an on-site team existed out of 3 employees. One of our tasks consisted of maintaining on-site equipment.• 1998 The site team were under my leadership, I was responsible for scheduling supplies and maintaining the daily production target. Also, I started a 2 years training of commercial diver for the company.• 1999 launch of several projects in the Netherlands• 2001 I was team leader of the port of Aberdeen project, Scotland, that took 10 months. No one expected that the project would be that hard and this due to the many unsuspected situations, even the port authorities didn’t. The project was called to perfection preformed where we got our appreciations of the port authorities.• 2003 I was sent to Port Canavaral to strengthen our American department with my experience and deliver training.
