      Scheduling; assigning staff; allocating resources; assessing risk and its management; coordinating the various components which contribute to the program as a whole to ensure they are being delivered on time; ensure that deadlines are met; update staff and keep all interested parties in the program informed of progress and any issues which arise. Act as a mentor contributing as needed to keep the program on schedule. Represent the program to wider audiences as needed.Develope risk impact/probability charting to plot foreseeable risks, the likelihood of them occurring, and their impact if they do, in order to come up with contingency plans. Create simple Gantt charts and keep track of all the components of the program, and have a working knowledge of critical path analysis (CPA) to show how all the components are linked. Create program evaluation and review technique (PERT) chart to calculate the amount of time each component will take to be sure that all deadlines are met. Balance the administrative side of the program, with the operational side, keeping the team on track.
