  Managed and founded with two other partners. Provided pressure washing services to apartment complexes and homes in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton. Met with customers in person and over the phone to provide invoices. Earned revenues totaling over $28,000. Created financial documents tracking company expenses, revenues, income, taxes, job costing, project bids, invoicing systems, and more. Incorporated the company and worked with attorneys to establish an operating agreement.

  Travel team member for the Accounting Ernst & Young project. Prepared weekly deliverables based off of EY research needs. Researched implicit biases within the workplace and their affects. Reported on 360 degree performance evaluations and created visuals using Power BI. Collaborated with other travel team members and group leaders to present our research in front of a panel of EY employees.

The project culminated in a presentation of our valuation and recommendation to Truist Securities executives in the New York office.
