   Employed from Feb 2003 to Jan 2004 in technical office at the company Italtecnica S.r.l. which is specialized in race car build and design in cooperation with Official Maserati Racing Team. I was one out of 2 engineers developing the following vehicles: Maserati Coupè Trofeo, Maserati Coupè Trofeo Light 2003 (FIA GT championship), Monoposto Formula Gloria.Main tasks: vehicle components design (engine, suspensions, body frames, aerodynamic equipments), computational analysis and dimensional measurements, engine test bench measurements and ECU maps optimization , filling in BOM (Bill of Materials) and homologation fiches, keeping contacts with suppliers.    Employed from Sep 2005 to Apr 2006 in technical office at Promec-Automotive in quality of Design Engineer - FPT/GM Powertrain projects and with following tasks: 2D,3D design, feasibility studies for engine layouts and components. During this period I worked at GM-Powertrain Europe as a contractor.

   Employed since Apr 2006 in Base Engine Design at the company GM-Powertrain Europe covering following roles:- Design Responsible Engineer (DRE) charging system e exhaust manifolds. (2006-2008)- Lead DRE exhaust manifolds/ Senior DRE charging system (2008-2009)- Lead DRE charging system e exhaust manifolds. (2009-2012) Main tasks:- Provide support and lead high priority activities to other DRE’s in Charging team.- Weekly join and support Charging PMT (Global Engine Product Management Team)- Provide support to the development of new BOM/BOD and lessons learned- Components requirements definition (SOR/CTS review)- Evaluation/analysis of supplier technical proposals- Development planning activities consolidation- Development activities; organization and execution of design reviews; p/n and drawing content definition and release (2D and 3D); GPDS and VSL activities; KCDS definition- D-FMEA analysis and coordination of RPN reduction acivities- Activities for component integration on engine/vehicle (DMU/PMU approval); - Sample order for development;- Design/Product/process validation activities (test plan definition, assessment and consolidation of development results, test report analysis); - Interim recover approval; responsibility for evaluation and problem resolution for development failures on component/system basis Show less
