      Accepted challenge to turn around the Fixed Assets department which was a year behind in establishing fixed assets records. Recruited, trained and developed clerk to improve departmental efficiency allowing the reduction of one person through attrition. Posted monthly depreciation for the corporation. Supplied monthly depreciation forecast and annual depreciation budgets for entire corporation. Tracked and reported monthly capital and expense project expenditures. Provided rolling twelve month forecast of P&L. Recruited, developed and cross trained relatively inexperienced staff to operate independently.
