I enhanced safety and user experience for billions of users by taking the lead in assessing and mitigating risks during critical events, including elections across various countries. My focus was on real-time monitoring of regulatory, legal, and compliance risks to uphold content integrity and user safety. Additionally, I leveraged machine learning to tackle the influx of violating content on Meta platforms. During crisis periods, I guided the team through STORM planning and implemented temporary risk assessment measures to safeguard our revenue stream and maintain consistent customer experience.
