Student centered approach, group discussions, comprehensive examinations, continuous assessments, case analysis and presentation series of the MBA programme, helped to enhance analytical, conceptual, communication and problem solving skills. I have carried out the master thesis under the supervision of Prof. Uditha Liyanage, former Director/ Senior Lecturer, Post Graduate Institute of Management, USJP, and Sri Lanka.
