The SPM team is responsible for all the semiconductor line cards and their business with Avnet India, while the FAE team helps generate demand creation. I help by initiating end-to-end solution launches, go-to-market strategy implementation and business development. Entrusted to lead a team of passionate sellers across Asia to enable customers with innovative solutions. Primarily focusing on IoT /connected solutions- to solve customer's problems. Helping partners with- Sensors, Microsoft Azure Sphere, IoT security, eUICC products , Industrial IoT gateways , Connected Modules , PaaS & SaaS -services. Lead a team of 30 FAEs (Field Application Engineers) in India. Responsible for new business development for Avnet India ($100M +). Working with various Semiconductor vendors to execute successful projects- for Smart metering, Aadhar enabled payment systems, IoT & IIoT -devices + services, AIS140 based auto designs and various aerospace & defence projects. Lead the Avnet EM-India team of field application engineers and guiding them to win more mindshare with valued customers and suppliers. Specific responsibility to create new demand for top-8 linecards & creating value with new non franchised linecards. Won major smart metering projects ($6M) Responsible for P/L & welfare of all FAE team- across entire Region- India Role- to lead FAE team, Also support Marketing team- to work as product manager (Transition role) for TI & RDC. supporting Avnet India team to implement- Trade compliance rules.
