       Performed criminal investigations pertaining to welfare fraud, fraud prevention investigations, and administrative disqualification process. Interviewed the complaining party, the accused, witnesses, and others in the community. Gathered, preserved, and analyzed facts and evidence. Drafted and conducted search warrants; served subpoenas; recorded statements and testimony; prepared reports concerning offenses to provide sufficient evidence for determination of guilt in prosecution of charges. Prepared and presented investigated cases to the Hennepin County Attorney, Administrative Hearings Officers, and financial workers. Prepared and coordinated evidence for courtroom presentations. Traveled throughout the jurisdictional area and observed activity and people at the investigative site. Testified in court and other hearings. Read and entered data on computer systems, used LAN system and wrote reports using dictation and word processing systems.  Investigated over 625 felony level Economic Assistance theft investigations resulting in identification of an estimated $4,200,000.00. Conducted over 600 Economic Assistance fraud prevention investigations.
