  Leading the team of water heaters (both electric and gas fired water heaters) to prepare test scenarios/ plans to verify products' components, sub system and system is valid release or use in household manufacturing according to local and international standards. -Design of experiment (DoE) to find the root cause of failure and making corrective action plans.- Reviewing market claims and making action plans for immediate corrective actions to reduce return & replacement (R&R) and market claims.-Responsible for documenting FMEA and FTA sheets.-Prepare technical reports depends on test plan including performance, safety, packaging, reliability and EMC of the system.-Full awareness of international and local regulations and standards that judge test conditions, test methods and test judgment criteria of the system.-Documenting design requirements sheets for structure, safety and performance of the product before finalizing the design.-Documenting test manuals including test conditions, test procedure and judgment criteria to help laboratory stuff performing tests accurately.-Monitoring laboratory stuff to ensure carrying out different tests properly.-Preparing QA/QC test instructions for development projects and inward quality needed test clauses and items for verifying inward components.-Responsible for verifying new suppliers' components under value engineering (VE) and cost reduction projects.-Responsible for product compliance and certification of water heaters, dealing with best quotations from third party laboratories and responsible for reviewing and finalizing CB, EMC, Erp and energy efficiency test reports according to EN standards.-Responsible for Middle East, Africa ,SADC area, Europe, Asia, Latin America and GULF area markets of product compliance and certification for exporting projects.
