      Responsible for managing a team of exempt Instructional Designers and Facilitators to develop and deploy various training initiatives across four customer service call centers to support customer servicing, policy changes, sales, and support of new product launches. Additional responsibilities include; conducting extensive organizational needs analysis, developing and evaluating training resources for exempt and non-exempt employees, and negotiating / managing contracts with external vendors. Primary responsibilities included leading a team of 10-16 exempt training specialists who developed and delivered training to 2500 plus call center employees. Additionally responsible for assessing the Center's training needs for the development of new employees, developing, evaluating and recommending training resources based on needs analysis, negotiating with external vendors for goods and services, measuring the outcome of training programs offered. Responsibilities included; assessing the Center's training needs for exempt leadership development, consulting and coaching for improved performance, design and facilitation of leadership courses based on identified development needs, evaluating new and existing training resources, and making appropriate recommendations to management. Responsible for leading a team of 16-18 non-exempt employees. Contributions included; employee development, writing and administering monthly and yearly performance evaluations, evaluating work processes with a focus on reducing costs, and interacting with diverse individuals in a manner that motivated individuals to achieve extraordinary individual, team and organizational business results.

Engage in all aspects of user experience learning for American Express Global Network Services (AEGNS) including; gathering and understanding business and user needs to provide an assessment and proposal for capability planning, tool development, and training delivery that will be a requirement for all American Express Global Network Services Participants.
