  • Health safety & environment: ensure strict compliance with all approved LPGDistillation unit and Propylene polymerization unit HSEProcedures and practices in order to afford protection to life, property and environment• Monitoring &logging parameters: monitor and log all operating parameters, ensuringThat all irregularities are reported to DCS.• Emergency response: provide immediate response capability in the event ofemergencies or incidents in order to eliminate or limit potential loss or damage.• Field equipment operation: operate field equipment’s in accordance withoperating procedure to ensure effective process flow and optimum operationstatus for the equipment’s.• Maintenance preparation: prepare field equipment LPG Distillation unit andPropylene polymerization unit for Maintenance activities, ensures are in accordancewith safety rules and regulations, and instructions and stand-by when required.• Patrol inspection: Conducts plant visit to monitor the operation conditions Includesmaking overall patrolling the whole areas of Plant, column levels, pumps andcompressor and keeps plant area clean and tidy.• Identifies the technical problems resulted defects in the performance of LPGDistillation unit and propylene polymerization unit and discuss the nature ofproblems with shift supervisor and conducts the required troubleshooting.• Activity reporting: Submit a technical report to finding and reasons for suchshortage affected to the operation of the LPG Distillation unit and propylenepolymerization unit. عرض أقل
