      My duties as team leader regional service centres was managing nine service centres within the Eastgate region. The nine service centres were operating as branches with tellers, service, customer consultants, relationship banking namely (prestige and business banking). My KPIs were: Revenue Generation through NII and NIR also making sure that the costs for the branches were kept at a minimum, Cost Management, Client Experience, Risk and Compliance and People Management. Coaching and mentoring the leaders of the branches to understand the goals and assists them with understanding of how these goals are interlinked and at what stage is their branch considered to be profitable. When I was promoted to branch manager, seven of my branches or service centres were considered to be self sustainable meaning generating enough revenue and their impairments were lower than their revenue.
