  Rhoads 3 is a 27 bed, state of the art oncology unit focused on providing comprehensive care to adult patients with liquid and solid cancers with complex health needs. Between 2004-2010, Rhoads 3 underwent numerous transitions in patient populations and unit makeup, while maintaining a strong unit culture for excellence and was awarded received the Dr. Victoria Rich Award for nursing innovations and patient centered care. As a Clinical Nurse III, in addition to providing world-class patient care to our oncology population and their families, I was active in many leadership roles that enabled me to contribute to patient care on a global level.
