  I am working in an IT Company Capgemini India Pvt Ltd from 1st of August 2016.I have handled calls from International Clients & Internal Capgemini Employees, worked on Project Escalations and Reports.I was promoted to Level 2 support after 8 months of my joining. Then I was moved into different project on March 2018 in a role of Incident Manager and worked as a role of an IM over a year.On June 2019, I moved into a different domain (TAM): Technical Application support as a L2 support. I worked on performing Changes on application and server end, performing patching on server and monitoring services running on the specified server. I worked here for 10 months.Currently I am working in a project where I work on Autosys tool, CMD prompt, job monitoring, job scheduling, job creation, job modification etc. I am working here as a L2 support.
