  I am responsible for 3 stores and a central sort production team. I train in all 18 stores. As an Area Manager I guide and couch the retail staff for a successful store. This includes couching management teams, overseeing stores meeting budget, training staff, hiring, HR consulting. In the central sort production area I oversee a team that sorts donations for retail stores down in production. As a trainer I train staff on standards, policies, new management, any new programs implemented in the stores. Create all types of manuals for retail, create training programs, and help create new job descriptions for retail positions. Show less
