Accountable for training, certifying and assigning all departmental operations work on Shuttle and ISS missions, both in Houston as well as at the KSC Launch Facility. Additionally provided support as the Deputy FDF Subsystems Manager, certifying flight hardware and software in addition to maintaining Quality Control for bonded storage.

As a direct result of this Quality Initiative, Oceaneering not only experienced its highest company growth, achieved their greatest revenues to date, but also their greatest quarterly profits in company history.   Upon transitioning to Quality Control in early 2018, my primary role was in Receiving Inspection. Responsibilities included First Article Inspection, random sampling of lots, non-conformance detection, use of standard metrology equipment, as well as application of optical measuring tools. Additionally, I worked with Engineering, Manufacturing and Production to ensure processes and acceptance criteria were continually met seamlessly throughout the product cycle, facilitating and participating in daily SQDIP meetings. Day to day responsibilities involved movement of materials throughout the LivaNova supply chain, both domestically and internationally.
