      Organised and lead a range of play based activities. Planning and delivering of play sessions and evaluating and monitoring of projects.Working with parents/career and support workers and networking and liaising with organisations for referrals. As an inclusion worker I worked alongside with children who faced social, mental health problems. Also children who had emotional behavior conditions, learning and disabilities need. Supporting them through social activities allowing them to gain self confidence, social engagement and participate in play sessions though one2one support, making the activities inclusive for children who have learning difficulties disabilities, Worked on specific inclusion projects such as refuge/hostel and rainbow project. These service users have different needs for example families and children who face domestic violence, homeless, and children with learning difficulties, behavioral conditions, and disabilities. As part of the refuge/hostel projects I delivered play sessions for the children as this was a high need for the families as they have no other excess to play sessions for their children depending on their circumstances or needs. The rainbow project I worked with children who have disabilities engaging them in play by one2one inclusion work making play inclusive for them. I supported children in schools with emotional behavioural conditions as their inclusion play worker supporting the individuals during break times in engaging with the rest of the children and adapting the activities to support their individual needs also making sure the equal opportunity policy was being used at all times by all staff and making play inclusive for the individuals.Also to follow the Every Child Matters Framework and safeguarding young people within our settings Show less As a Youth worker I supported challenging problems faced by young people.
