Leading by example, I contribute actively to Action Against Hunger’s gender mainstreaming efforts and gender-equitable approach, ensuring these principles are integrated into approved projects in the area. Additionally, I supervise and manage the FSL team, fostering their professional growth and adherence to best practices in performance management.
