      This was my springboard job, towards a career working with youth and families. My role was to provide direct, quality care to at-risk youth whom have been placed at the Residential Treatment Center for substance abuse and mental health treatment. In this role, I had to be extremely flexible, mindful and observant of clients, and make decisions quickly during crisis.
