      Position: Assistant Site Manager/Assistant Design Manager.Project 1: Kemp Town, Residential Units above occupied Commercial Premises. Value £10m.Project 2: Fleet Street, Brighton. Consisting of 147 no. Residential Units Value £16.2m.Responsible for assisting operational and design aspects of the project inclusive of;• Reviewing Architectural and Structural Engineering Drawings to ensure full co-ordination and understanding of Contractual Works with Site Team.• Attending site meetings with Client and representatives on a regular basis for progress of works and review of potential alteration works.• Co-ordinated Client alteration works with Design Team and subsequently site team.• Incorporating sequence of works procedures through tracker system for closing out Apartments.• Managing sub-contract trade packages Bathrooms, Tiling, White Goods, Flooring, Decorations, Dry-Lining and Joinery.• Snagging and close out procedure with the Client and representatives to ensure handover.• Liaise with planning department regarding Main Contract sign off stipulations.• Preparing Operation and Maintenance Manuals in lieu with Project Handover. Works in a sensitive area as close proximity to large public interface, Camden High Street. Liaising with Camden Council regarding permissions for pit lanes/road closures/walkway gantries.
