  I currently provide support for two products - KeepItSafe Online Backup Manager (Ahsay) and KeepItSafe Mobile (Druva). I am one of two engineers in the support team for KeepItSafe LiveVault.KeepItSafe Online Backup Manager (Ahsay) day-to-day roles include; • Monitoring backups and reviewing reports daily.• Contacting customers in relation to any issues that may be occurring.• Receiving phone calls and emails and replying within one hour.• Provide Disaster Recovery demonstrations and assistance in the restoration of critical data through the restoration of flat file data, rebuilding SQL databases and recovering mail through Exchange restores at both database and mail level.• Troubleshooting issues with backup software and Operating System and finding appropriate fix.• Continuously attempt to better improve the standard and efficiency of work both personally and throughout the whole team.Experience working with Windows, Linux, Mac, Hyper V, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Exchange, Ahsay, Appassure, OnTrack.Batch & Shell Scripting.Backups include; Flat file data, Outlook .PST, SQL Server, MySQL, Exchange, Oracle, System State and Image backups.
