  My key responsibilities areas are:-1-Responsible to develop hydraulic gear pumps/motors for O.E.M, those who are making hydraulic machines like cranes, Forklifts, Dozer, Front End Loader, construction machinery, sweeper, garbage & dust cleaning machines and pumps used in heavy earth moving machineries. 2-To visit new customers & existing customers and generate new enquiries over Pumps & valves (hand lever operated valves) & convert into confirm Purchase orders.3-Valves manufactured by Atos & walvoil along with wide range of product is handled by me.4-Taking care of all tractor pump & Industrial pump dealers in North region (Delhi including NCR, U.P, M.P, BIHAR, PUNJAB, HARYANA, RAJASTHAN, CHATTISGARH).5-To achieve sales target within stipulated time.6-Forecast sales in the territory so as to match supply as per the demand, having control on inventory. 7-Active participation in new product development & do coordination with R & D team and OEM. 8-Sent quotation timely to all customers/dealers and negotiate with them. Apart from that, giving technical assistance to our customers as & when required.9-To develop & stabilize new product in the Replacement market for Tractor Pumps i.e., Escorts, Eicher, Mahindra, Swaraj, New Holland, John Dheere, ITL, Indofarm, Preet Tractors, ACE, HMT, Ford etc.10-Should maintain relationship with existing customers and at the same time proactively. 11-Should be able to provide preliminary technical support in case of breakdown in his area and coordinate with respective departments at HO to ensure customer satisfaction.12-Visit to our built customers as well as new customers to increase our product market share.13-Timely collection on payments from the dealers/customers & also taking care of statutory(c) forms.14-Gathered market information wrt to new products & existing products & share with H.O.
