      • Managed an Information Systems team dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of service to end users. The team was split between California and Boston and administered Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce, SharePoint, Epicor, Star Reports, an internal Reporting Services Report library and various smaller .Net applications.• Led vendor selection and management for the entire IT organization.• Inherited a Microsoft Dynamics ERP system implementation that was over the two million initial budget by 45% and behind schedule. Upon taking over management of the project team, drove the project to a successful conclusion 15% below the projected cost overage.• Helped create efficiency in the overall supply chain process with the ERP. This included more effective inventory management, helping to reduce delays due to missing parts or lack of inventory.• Drove user adoption of a Project Management system by identifying several areas of inefficiency and working with the business users to implement solutions relating to each area of deficiency.• Led the implementation of SalesForce.com across the organization.
