      2013 - 2017
      Level 3 Cambridge Technical in Engineering & A-Level Mathematics

      A pioneer of University Technical Colleges, the JCB Academy helped to dedicate my GCSE and A-Level study towards design and engineering from the age of thirteen. During Sixth Form, a Cambridge Technical Engineering Diploma and Mathematics A-Level were studied, on top of being involved with the likes of Bosch Rexroth, Network Rail, Rolls-Royce, National Grid and JCB throughout the full four years.

      2017 - 2021
      WMG Applied Engineering - BEng with Honours

      This part-time degree focussed on the application of engineering topics in industry, while learning alongside TATA Motors, Jaguar Land Rover, and Warwick Manufacturing Group. Modules ranged from design for manufacturing to business management, and advanced materials to stress analysis. My final Work Based Project explored the potential for additive manufacturing in exterior trim components of low volume vehicles.

      Explored a range of topics around repairability, longevity, modularity, and user behaviour. A large portion of time was spent working on my critical and design thinking, better enabling the transition from engineering into the design field.

      Product Development Engineer

      Four year’s experience in a full-time role in the Exterior-Trim Product Development team, developing automotive exterior components from styling-surface through to production, as well as supporting builds during vehicle introduction. The role involved deep collaboration with a range of multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the most optimum outcome for each model, regularly representing the department and presenting in vehicle development councils.

      Plenti is addressing Europe’s housing affordability crisis with ‘Smart Walls’ that create affordable, sustainable, and comfortable spaces, which are commercially viable for property developers and landlords. Smart walls expand spaces on demand - increasing utilisation and livability of a property. With Plenti developers reduce rents for tenants by 20%, while increasing rent premiums by 10% per sqm, and lowering the environmental impact by 25% per flat.
