  After completing my degree I took up the new role of Commercial Assistant at Bartech Marine Engineering. The purpose of this role was to develop the commercial side of the business, with the aim to increase growth and profitability, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times. This was achieved with a keen approach to the development of new and existing sales and marketing processes, as well as building relationships with existing and prospective clients in various industries (Marine, Offshore, Power Generation, and Traction). During my time in this role I furthered my insight into the operations of the aforementioned industries, and gained valuable experience in understanding the requirements of customers. Show less

  At the start of 2013 I took up the opportunity to become Spares Manager of Bartech Turbos, a specialist division of Bartech Marine Engineering dedicated to supplying turbocharger spares, repairs and replacement units globally. In this role I am able to extend my interest in turbo machinery, but at a more concentrated and dedicated level than previously. By combining my knowledge of turbochargers and experience in various industries I am committed to supporting our clients with all my ability with the support of experienced OEM trained engineers and contacts.
