  Karabatan Onshore OGS was consisted of 2 oil stabilization units using naphtha process and de-salters flash gas compressors’, utility unit 2 LNG trains and power generation plant using 6 gas turbines and a sulfur recovery train removing sulfur from the gas. The Kashagan oil and gas field in Kazakhstan have the highest concentration of H2S in the world 30000 ppm and was credited as the most dangerous oil and gas field in the world to work in.I was responsible for maintaining an onshore and offshore oil and gas processing facility, overseeing a team of 70 employees and 500 contractor’s employees and ensuring smooth operations across Main Processing Plants, Utility Plants, Power Generation, Storage Areas, and Offsite facilities, supporting the production of 450,000 barrels of oil per day. I successfully managed the transition of operations from ENI to Shell, implemented SAP and the "Maintenance Assembly Line," and reorganized teams and work management, resulting in a 50% reduction in contractor headcount. I maintained high safety standards with no Lost Time Incidents (LTIs), improved maintenance and operational processes, and enhanced SAP master data and spares management. Show less
