Act as the division expert resource in the areas of fiscal management, payroll, personnel, hiring, procurement and travel, proposal preparation and grant management. Direct the management of the division’s $48,000,000 budget which includes state, federal, recharge and auxiliary funding. Responsible for management and leadership on division HR issues. Supervises, hires, trains, evaluates performance and initiates any corrective actions for approximately 7 professional staff.
