  -Proficiently utilized CATIA V5 surfacing tools to design molds for diverse applications. Leveraged 3D tools for precision and efficiency in design. Managed end-to-end in-house manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and accuracy.-Fabricated test specimens employing various layups of carbon fiber-epoxy composites and chopped carbon fiber composites. Conducted rigorous tensile, compression, and flexure tests adhering to ASTM standards, extracting critical mechanical properties.-Leveraged physical testing data to analyze component strength, including deformations, stress distributions, and failure modes. Applied both analytic and finite element (ANSYS ACP) methods for comprehensive assessment.-Executed the fabrication of complex bodywork components like nosecone, side flanges, side panels, rear cover, mounting panels, and dashboard using carbon fiber-epoxy and glass fiber-epoxy composites. Employed wet layup techniques to ensure enhanced surface finish.-Managed the production of a seat mold and ergonomic seat using carbon fiber-epoxy composite materials. Designed for enhanced driver control and comfort, optimizing ergonomics while maintaining structural integrity.-Implemented lightweight sandwich-structured composites for rack plate and baseplate, achieving an optimal balance between mechanical strength and structural stiffness. Employed in-house vacuum infusion methods for consistent quality.-Engineered a steering wheel using randomly oriented short carbon fiber composites. This approach ensured improved structural rigidity compared to traditional woven fabric, employing an in-house compression molding method.
