      Sales operations manager for medical equipment in Brazil, focused on the ultrasound, anesthesia and monitoring segments.• Operation management in all aspects of the medical equipment sales cycle, from contract prospecting and negotiation, order entry, final delivery, possible returns and post-sales. Responsible for coordinating a business of 60 million dollars in annual revenue and for the delivery of 500 to 600 pieces of equipment per quarter throughout Brazil. Leadership, mentoring and management of a team of 14 professionals;• Responsible for revenue planning for Brazil in the short, medium and long term for these segments. Extensive interface and cooperation with the areas to ensure the execution of the delivery plan on-time and at the lowest possible cost - always aiming to guarantee customer satisfaction;•General support for after sales, concessions, warranties and all dealings to resolve problems raised by customers in the installed base;• Revenue performance management of +10 representatives of GE Healthcare in Brazil for the Ultrasound and PCS segments. Over a 2-year period, there are 3 8-month rotations in strategic areas of the company, combined with an extensive formal training curriculum.1st Rotation | LatAm S&OP Leader - Ultrasound:• Responsible for production planning, sales, fullfillment and inventory of +40 product lines in Latin America. Quarterly execution of 10MUSD of revenue and management of a 3MUSD inventory;• Responsible for implementing the Oracle module for integrated planning in Brazil: the ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning), which allowed a 20% reduction in inventory value and a sustainable increase in turnover.2nd Rotation | Project Leader:• Turn-Key project leader for the first refurbishment bay of X-ray equipment in Latin America, managing the entire supply chain and internal team to ensure sustainable execution. CAPEX of BRL 500k with a saving of 10% at the end of the project;• Project leader to improve the control of reverse logistics in GE's Product Demonstration operation in Brazil. An integrated digital system was implemented using QRCode associated with a mobile application. With the project, the loss of accessories during reverse logistics was reduced by 90%.3rd Rotation | LatAm Operations Leader:• Responsible for equipment demonstration operations in Latin America, leading a team of 12 people, coordinating 3 dedicated warehouses (Brazil, Mexico and Colombia) and managing + 4MUSD of inventory;• Coordination and planning of the repair and reconditioning of used equipment in Latin America;• Savings of + BRL 500k in logistics achieved through process improvement, 1.2MUSD of non-conformities resolved, +90% non-turn inventory reduction and one of the first GE HC warehouses in Brazil to achieve 100% inventory accuracy (10k SKUs).
