      - Responsible for operations finance for the Southern BU (Mozambique, Zambia, Namibia, Botswana), Leading a team of 9 direct reports based at each of the 10 respective breweries across the BU. - Achieved 1 YP budget development and supported 3YP/10YP strategy development for the Brewery operations in the BU in 22/23.- Implemented new routines and Power BI tools to improve tracking and monitoring of performance (both price and performance drivers) and providing insights and opportunities for improvement. - Forecasting of financial performance for the BU and developing initiatives to ensure BU Margin goals within 3% accuracy in 2022. - Drove productivity initiatives to meet savings targets under the Champions ( ABI cost saving and benchmarking process) program for the BU totaling $5million in 2023.- Identified and reduced balance sheet risks totaling $9million across BU in 2022/2023 by increasing cross functional collaboration between Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Finance to develop new controls to identify and minimize risk.
