  I have worked on decluttering and correcting tail Doppler radar data collected aboard the NOAA G-IV aircraft during the CALWATER2 field campaign over the Pacific Ocean between Hawaii and California. CALWATER2 is aimed at better understanding the intense water vapor transport and precipitation structures of Atmospheric Rivers (ARs) that impact the west coast of the United States. I also analyzed radar and surface precipitation data from an IPHEx project case when a squall line interacted with mountainous terrain in the southern Appalachians as part of my PhD dissertation work. I built and maintained a suite of mobile PARSIVEL disdrometer pods that were used during RELAMPAGO. I contribute to post-project quality control of radar, mesonet, and disdrometer data, and I assist with daily data & facility management activities.
