      It was an Incoming Travel Agency functioning as Destination Management Company. This has been my first and last experience as Chief Executive Officer and Founder. As a Travel Agent and vacation planner I had to assists clients in finding their ideal travel products and packages, matching them with suitable vacation spots, and providing a list of activities to enhance their travel experience within the destination. Basically I had to plan and sell transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services, cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations, provide relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers, use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages, deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds, as well attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
