This included identifying process inefficiencies and implementing new procedures; reorganising the reconciliation process with clients' global subcustodian network; and improving vote lodgment in PoA markets. I also became ISS' PoA subject matter expert, with sole responsibility for verifying and processing PoA documentation and maintaining the PoA matrix, which included maintaining the latest templates and legalization requirements.   I work with school staff, parents and outside agencies to ensure that all children with special educational needs and disabilities receive the support and provision needed to allow them to progress, flourish and enjoy their education at our school. This role involves teaching classes across a range of year groups to support the release of class teachers for planning time and Senior Leadership Team duties. Here I was working 1:1 and in small groups developing children's learning through phonics, reading, writing and maths interventions. After spending 2 terms in a long term supply position at Dulverton, I was very happy to be taken on as a permanent member of staff.
