This role involves teaching classes across a range of year groups to support the release of class teachers for planning time and Senior Leadership Team duties. Here I was working 1:1 and in small groups developing children's learning through phonics, reading, writing and maths interventions. After spending 2 terms in a long term supply position at Dulverton, I was very happy to be taken on as a permanent member of staff.
