  1.Information Security Governance and Compliance* Participate in the development and maintenance of operational procedures for the SOC.* Provide timely report on weakness in technical controls that resulted in security incidents, to stakeholder for appropriate action to be taken.2.Information Security Incident and Event Monitoring* Perform active real-time monitoring and analysis of information security events and alerts for proactive identification of security incidents on SIEM and related solutions* Ensure incidents tickets are opened and assigned to Incident Responder for all identified security incidents and then duly closed after confirmation of remediation.* Perform active monitoring of health, availability and performance metrics of SOC systems and technical controls to ensure the timely resolution of any emerging issues.3.
