Review sampled products, produce specifications and technical files for all our products. Carry out a Timber Risk assessment using various sources as recommended by FIRA and SGS. Contact with testing houses,to ensure our RoHS, EMC, EN62115 and REACH test reports are received in time for shipments. Ensure that all test reports are valid for shipment and renew at the correct time. Create Instructions for wall, mantle and alarm clocks ensuring they are understandable to the final customer, the instructions will contain guidance on how to use the clock functions, care warnings, recycling information and comply with WEEE regulations. Attend meetings with customer technical teams to discuss and approve products. Upload information to customer sites. Arrange 3rd party inspections at the factory. Review inspection reports and approve or arrange for any necessary rework to be completed to avoid delays to shipments. Maintain the Quality Manual for the QC department and ensure our information is up to date by continuing to attend training. Visit factories in China to carry out compliance audits. Review the audits carried out by 3rd party auditors and draw up a CAPR to work on with the factory. Ensure the necessary improvements are made at the factory and help them to understand the importance of sustainability.
