Owning the CRM , As part of my role, I maintain Marketing Automation integration with HubSpot CRM, and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software. I understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.2. Analyzing team performance by OKR measurement. Collaborating with business Ops and Central Ops teams for defining KRA’s for the marketing team.3. Responsible for onboarding and setup of Omni Channels for communication, and work to build metrics and dashboards that increase marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.4. Performing A/B testing on marketing campaigns to improve conversion metrics, ROI and sales growth. I support essential marketing operations initiatives in HubSpot such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data hygiene.5. Analyzing and upgrading the Mar-Tech stack for automation, digital growth and campaign analytics. Setting up systems in place to automate processes for better performance of the team. 6. Cross collaboration with sales , product ,operations and tech team for marketing initiatives and building inhouse products and processes for these teams. Responsible for running a biweekly newsletter aimed at delivering industry insights and product updates to publishers.5. Cross team collaboration with sales and ops team 6. Corporate gifting campaigns for BOF accounts. 7. Speaker research and onboarding for all online events.Results:1. Generated 12M in terms of SQL and Opportunity2.
